We use collected information to provide and operate the service, communicate with you about your account and setup, send service-related notifications and alerts, improve platform reliability, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your business profile content for any purpose other than operating your configured AI answering service.
AI and Automated Messaging
CapriLinks uses AI to generate responses to customer inquiries on behalf of your business, based on your Business AI Profile. All AI responses are derived from content you have provided and reviewed. We do not use your business content to train general AI models. Customer communication data is handled according to your instructions and this policy.
SMS and Customer Communications
Our platform facilitates SMS and other automated communications on behalf of your business to your customers. You are responsible for ensuring that your customers have provided appropriate consent to receive these communications in compliance with applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). We process this data as a service provider acting on your instructions.
Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information or your customers' personal information. We may share data with service providers who assist us in operating the platform (hosting, analytics, email delivery) under strict confidentiality agreements. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Data Retention
We retain your account and business profile data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us. Certain data may be retained for legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement of agreements.
